I found out today that Isaac from Golden Sun was in Super Smash bros. Brawl, and it made my day! I loooooooved that game, back when it came out, it was the first RPG I ever played! I wish he was playable, but he's an Assist Trophy...still, it made me happy to see him! So I drew this fanart as tribute. It was fun. Makes me want to draw more fanart, particularly Golden Sun.
Hmmm...that game came out when I was in 6th? 7th grade? (Checks wikipedia) 2001...wow, that was 6th grade. Must have been my third or fourth game boy advance game. And now I'm a freshman in college. And have a different gameboy, cause my old one broke. Weird. Memories. Wow.
I think that game MAY also have been my first experience with anime style artwork, except for Pokemon, and I clearly recall those characters being some of the first I ever tried to draw...Cool. (Goes off to play Golden Sun)

It made my day as well. 
I know Im not he first one to say this, but Isaac would've made a great playable character. But meh, Assist Trophy is better than not having him there at all. 
I really like your fanart. Especially his hair (it can be really hard to get right.) and his legs, they're drawn in a way I haven't really seen before. Wonderful work.
